The 2026 Bioblitz continues with a year-round biodiversity inventory project! Help us document the species found in and around McGregor Lake—plants, trees, birds, fish, insects and fungi—in every season.
How to participate
- Download the free iNaturalist app. (QR codes below)
- Search for and join the “Lac McGregor Lake” project.
- Photograph the wildlife and plants you observe on your McGregor Lake property or nearby, including along the shoreline and on the lake.
- Upload your observations to iNaturalist. (Note that observations made within the project area will automatically become part of our growing inventory of local biodiversity.)
Every observation counts. Grab your camera!
The 2026 Bioblitz report is available exclusively to our members. Join today to discover what we found!
